Library will mark 10th anniversaryEVANS CITY — The Evans City Library, 204 S. Jackson St., will mark its 10th anniversary in its new building from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.There will be raffles, refreshments, a collection for the food cupboard and sign-ups for the “Every Hero Has a Story” summer reading program.
