The Performing Arts Series at BCCC continues with a concert by Jay Unger and Molly Mason, playing American acoustic music, at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Succop Theater on campus.

• The Slippery Rock Piano Trio, including Slippery Rock University faculty members Warren Davidson, Paige Riggs and Nanette Kaplan Solomon, will present an evening of chamber music to benefit the Dwight and Jeane Baker Memorial Scholarship at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in Swope Music Hall.Tickets, available in advance or at the door, are offered at a $10 minimum for the general public and $5 for SRU students. For reservations, call 724-739-2063.• The SRU University Theatre present's an English translation of Mendez' "The Old Man's Wings" Feb. 26 to March 3 in Miller Auditorium.The play is set in Hope Sanitarium in Costa Rica and centers around an old man, Antonio, his fellow inmates and the asylum's staff.The curtain goes up at 8 p.m., except for Feb. 28, when the show is a 2 p.m. matinee.Tickets are $10 for the general public and $5 for students with ID. CMU's School of Drama presents this year's New Works Series, featuring four new plays written by second-year master's degree student in the dramatic writing program, through Feb. 27. The plays include "Bellhammer," "The Beast of Skitter Creek," "Beneath" and "A Boy Named Alice."Performances take place at the Wells Studio Theatre on the CMU campus.Tickets are free and are available at the box office one hour prior to the performance.
