Delmar L. 'Froggy' Shilling
Delmar L. “Froggy” Shilling, 80, of Butler passed away Saturday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Sept. 21, 1932, in Sarver, he was the son of Leroy and Grace (Glantz) Shilling.
He retired from Pullman Standard after 30 years of service as a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his children, Dwayne L. Shilling of Butler, Jay K. Shilling of Butler and Tammy L. Hendell of Karns City; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and his sisters, Lorraine Petrie and Eileen Schmidt, both of New York.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Shilling, who passed away July 11, 2010, and numerous siblings.
SHILLING — Friends of Delmar L. “Froggy” Shilling, who passed away Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, will be received from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. A funeral service will follow at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Patricia M.
