Matilda S. Blank, 77, of Butler, formerly of the McKeesport area, died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born May 9, 1946, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth C. and Elizabeth (Lockhart) Davis, and the wife of the late Edward G. Blank Sr.

Matilda was a die-hard Elvis fan and enjoyed traveling, and her most memorable trip was to Graceland with her son. One of her favorite pastimes was playing the one-armed bandits at the casino. She loved her family with all her heart and cherished her grandchildren.

She is survived by children, Susan (Joseph) Berkeley and Edward (Mandy) Blank Jr.; grandchildren, Kenneth Andrew Blank and Brittany Diane Blank; siblings, Kenneth Davis and Barb Bodnar; and granddogs, Sammie and Bella.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.

BLANK — Family and friends of Matilda S. Blank, who died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, will be received from noon to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. until the funeral service at 6 p.m. Sunday at WILLIG FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 220 9th St., McKeesport.
