PITTSBURGH — A western Pennsylvania doctor has been accused of inappropriately touching two female patients at his Pittsburgh-area office.

Authorities said 59-year-old Dr. Raja Chakrapani of Fox Chapel is charged with misdemeanor counts of indecent assault and harassment.

Lt. Jeffrey Korczyk said authorities began investigating after the woman alleged that he inappropriately touched them during office visits between August 2012 and last month.

GREENSBURG — Police have been searching for a phony three-man water company crew who stole $1,300 from an 84-year-old western Pennsylvania woman.Police in Greensburg say the men came to the woman's home about 1 p.m. Friday and told her they needed to test her water.The men told the woman they were going to pay her $100 to use her water, but that they needed her to make change for them. They told the woman the test was needed to solve some unspecified problem with water in the area.Instead, police say the men distracted the woman and took her to one part of her home while one of the men stole the money from her purse.Police say legitimate water company workers will always carry ID.

PITTSBURGH — Police are charging a man with endangering the welfare of his 2-year-old daughter who was allegedly left unattended in car outside Pittsburgh's Rivers Casino before she was found by casino security.Casino officials say 35-year-old Forme Balebako will be banned from the facility for life.Online court records don't list an attorney for the Swissvale man, who told police he planned to take his child for a walk along the river before he went into the casino to use a rest room. While inside, Balebako told police he stopped to play a slot machine.

PITTSBURGH — A former Pittsburgh Public Schools police officer has been convicted of molesting four boys in the late 1990s, when he pulled them out of class and forced them to perform sex acts in a middle school broom closet.The weeklong trial of Robert Lellock, 44, of Pittsburgh, ended Monday when a jury took just three hours to convict him of 13 charges including indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
