BUFFALO TWP — The Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Company, 563 Sarver Road, will host a vendor fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 1.

[naviga:h3]St. Ferdinand plans family festival[/naviga:h3]

CRANBERRY TWP — St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church, 2535 Rochester Road, will host its annual Family Festival Aug. 7, 8 and 9 with concessions, craft booths, games and prizes, a giant white elephant flea market, bingo, Spirit of St. Ferdinand Train rides, Kiddieland, dinners in air-conditioned Oldenski Hall and raffle baskets.

Festival grounds hours are 6 to 11 p.m. Aug. 7, 5 to 11 p.m. Aug. 8 and 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 9.

Dinners will be served and the flea market opened an hour before the grounds open Aug. 7 and 8. Dinners Aug. 9 will be available three hours before the grounds open.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The annual Oesterling family reunion will begin at 2 p.m. Aug. 8 on the Peter Oesterling property at Slippery Rock Park, 320 N. Main St.

There will be games and prizes. Dinner will be at 5 p.m. Take a dish to pass.
