REGIONCelebration Ringers, a community handbell choir, will present the annual Christmas concert at 7 p.m. Monday at Tower Presbyterian Church, 248 S. Broad St., Grove City. The director is Jennifer Cupak of Slippery Rock. Also participating will be the Revelation Ringers, a Grove City College student group, and Sue Garton, a handbell solo ringer.
