COUNTYA Christmas concert featuring B.E. Taylor, to benefit VNA Western Pennsylvania’s home health and hospice programs, will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Community Alliance Church, 800 Mercer Road. This year’s performance, called “Mary’s Love Song,” was written and directed by Concordia Haven III resident Carol Oliver, who began playing piano for the cantatas 11 years ago and has been writing and directing them for the last five years. Proceeds benefit the Community Health Clinic of Butler County, which provides free health and dental care for the uninsured in the county. REGIONCelebration Ringers, a community handbell choir, will present the annual Christmas concert at 7 p.m. Monday at Tower Presbyterian Church, 248 S. Broad St., Grove City. The director is Jennifer Cupak of Slippery Rock. Also participating will be the Revelation Ringers, a Grove City College student group, and Sue Garton, a handbell solo ringer. Selections will include “Blue Christmas,” “Do You Hear What I Hear,” “Huron Carol” and “Ukrainian Bell Carol.” Admission is free. Donations will help the choir buy additional music.

PITTSBURGHPittsburgh Camerata will present a “A Celtic Christmas Carol” concert of Christmas music from Scotland, Ireland and Wales in December. Concerts are scheduled at 8 p.m. Dec. 11 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 5801 Hampton St.; at 3 p.m. Dec. 13 at Sixth Presbyterian Church, 1688 Murray Ave.; and at 8 p.m. Dec. 19 at Mount Lebanon Lutheran Church, 975 Washington Road.
