BUTLER TWP — Trinity Jazz Orchestra and Butler High School jazz bands will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Succop Theater at Butler County Community College.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for students, and free for children younger than 5. Proceeds benefit the Community Health Clinic of Butler County, which provides free health and dental care for the uninsured in the county.
Tickets are available at www.butlerhealthclinic.org; May's Music Shoppe; and Fudoli Music and Repair Center. If available, tickets will be sold the day of the concert at the box office in the Succop Theater lobby.
[naviga:h3]Emlenton offers railroad display[/naviga:h3]
EMLENTON — The annual miniature railroad display in Emlenton is open weekends in December and January.
The layout is open from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays at Donaldson Motors, 714 River Ave.
The main layout is HO-scale and covers 60 square feet. There also are three 4- by 8-foot displays featuring Lionel, Marx, American Flyer and Thomas the Tank Engine trains along with miniature train engines, cars and trucks.
Admission is free, but donations are accepted to help cover costs. Call 724-867-2293 for more information.

First Night 2016, presented by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and Highmark, is Pittsburgh's New Year's Eve party.
Dance, music, art and theater performances will be headlined by the band The Wailers. Zambelli fireworks displays are planned at 6 p.m. and midnight.

FOXBURG — Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts presents David Wickerham playing the Mighty McKissick Wurlitzer Theatre Organ at 2 p.m. Saturday in Lincoln Hall, 42 S. Palmer St.

[naviga:h3]Gallery hosts shadowcast[/naviga:h3]
The Butler Art Center’s Underground Gallery will host a night of music and a Rocky Horror Christmas Show shadowcast on Friday.
A shadowcast is when a group performs movie scenes in front of a screen while that movie is playing.
Live bands will perform followed by the shadowcast of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” performed by the Underground Players directed by Aria Kriebel.
Events begin at 6 p.m. Admission is $5.
