Ronald Eichenlaub
Ronald "Ike" Eichenlaub, 74, formerly of Butler, died Thursday in Dunnellon, Fla., after a short illness.
He was the son of Ed and Mae Eichenlaub of Butler.
Ike was an employee of Friedman's Supermarkets for more than 40 years.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Carol (Fogel) Eichenlaub; daughters, Lori Duffy and her husband, Michael, of Tallahassee, Fla., and Jenna Eichenlaub of Pittsburgh; a son, Jay Eichenlaub and his wife, Ingrid, of Brazoria, Texas; and six grandchildren, Julie, Chad and Bryan Duffy and Nichole, Tyler "T.J.," and Lacey Eichenlaub. Also surviving are five sisters, Charmaine Macurdy of Sarver and Janet Macurdy, Donna Mazzanti, Wanda Piccola and Debbie Spahn, all of Butler; and a brother, Dale, of Butler.
A sister and grandson preceded him in death.
