ROSS TWP, Allegheny County — Young Brothers Tae Kwon-Do students, including many from Butler County, recently raised $10,000 for the Homeless Children’s Education Fund in Pittsburgh during the school’s inter-school tournament at North Hills Junior-Senior High School in Ross Township.

Students competed in patterns, sparring and weapons, and their tournament fees were donated to the fund. Young Brothers has been donating to the fund since 2011, and has contributed a total of more than $85,000.

The school, directed by Grandmaster Young Bo Kong, has nine branches, including ones in Butler and Cranberry Township.
