Leola W. Ogin
Leola W. Ogin, 91, of Butler passed away at 10:24 a.m. Monday at Evie's Personal Care Home.
She was born Feb. 8, 1922, in Butler to the late Edward Angert and Bertha Wick Angert.
Mrs. Ogin was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading and taking bus trips and was a member of the Fenelton United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Ogin is survived by one son, Terry Ogin and his wife, Mary Rose, of Butler; one daughter, Linda Quinn of Butler; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry A. Ogin, who she married March 21, 1942, and who passed away March 2, 2004; one brother, Edward Angert; and one sister, Thelma Bennett.
OGIN — Friends of Leola W. Ogin, who passed away Monday, May 20, 2013, will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler. Funeral services will be at 7:30 p.m. immediately following the visitations at the funeral home with the Rev. Shelia Auer of the Fenelton United Methodist Church officiating.
