Evelyn June “Tootsie” Troglione
Evelyn June “Tootsie” Troglione, 93, passed away peacefully Friday at the home of her niece, Eileen Sieff Stroup, in Butler.
Tootsie was born June 8, 1922, to the late Frank and Alevia Troglione.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Theresa (Nick) Vivaldi, Frances (Chester) Rogalski, Joe (Peg) Troglione, Christina (John Sr.) Mazak, Roselyn (Steven) Droske, Vincent (Mary) Troglione and Norma (Saul) Sieff.
She will be missed by her surviving sister, Bobbie Troglione and many nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews.
Tootsie worked in the family tailor shop and was well known for her baking, braided rugs and fondness for the color blue.
Her family is grateful to Life Butler County for their wonderful support and care.
Tootsie loved dessert, so take a friend out for a hot fudge sundae in her memory.
TROGLIONE — Friends of Evelyn June “Tootsie” Troglione, who died Friday, Dec. 25, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N.
