Barry Miller

Barry Enterline Miller, 68, of Slippery Rock passed away June 12 at his home surrounded by family and friends.

Barry was born in Bloomsburg, Pa., to Mary Enterline and Robert Chestus Miller.

He graduated from Bloomsburg High School in 1964 as class president, later graduating from Boston University in 1968. He got lucky and married Susan Gregg Stockton on Feb. 11, 1972.

His career was in sales, retiring from AGR Topwave.

Barry was a U.S. Army veteran, who served his country in Vietnam and earned various accommodations including the Bronze Star after his OA1 Mohawk was shot down before landing. He was a world traveler having flown over one million miles, including many trips abroad and winters with Susan in Coronado, Calif.

Mr. Miller would want to note that as an avid golfer he secured two holes-in-one and consistently beat his sons at the game with his short straight drives :)

He was a member of the Stanley Snyder VFW Post 7465 and enjoyed playing golf with the guys in the Tri-County Golf League.

Surviving are his wife, Susan; two sons, Robert of Biloxi, Miss., and Brandon of Slippery Rock; as well as one granddaughter, Harper Grace Miller.
