Betty Jane Kildoo
Betty Jane Kildoo, 90, of Butler, passed away Sunday at her home.
She was born Jan. 26, 1924, in Renfrew, the daughter of the late Wayne Edwards and Myrtle (Smith) Edwards.
Betty was a member of Muddycreek Presbyterian Church.
She enjoyed camping, playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She had worked at Thompson's Market and in the cafeteria at Moniteau School. She was the last surviving sibling in her family.
Surviving are her daughter, Linda Hohman of Butler, with whom she made her home; her two sons, Jim (Patty) Kildoo of Butler, and Charles “Ferd” (Melinda) Kildoo of Hermitage; her eight grandchildren; her 15 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles D. Kildoo, who passed away July 6, 1997; her son, Dick Kildoo; her granddaughter, Berni Sue Hohman; her son-in-law, Bernie Hohman; and her three brothers, Richard “Dick,” Bill and Cortland Edwards.
