McConnells Mill State Park in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County, off Route 422, will have the 22nd annual McConnells Mill Heritage Festival from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The festival celebrates the operational time period of the historic gristmill, 1852 to 1928. Bluegrass music, tours and artisans will be part of the event. Admission is free.
