SAXONBURG — The Knoch High School Marching Band will host its annual pie festival Wednesday at the Knoch High School Stadium.
The event will feature a band performance and the introduction of the varsity football team and cheerleading squad.
Gates open at 6 p.m. and the program will start at 7 p.m. Cost is $3 for admission, a slice of pie and a drink.
Tickets are available by contacting band members or at the gate.

The Reality Tour, a drug awareness program for youth and their parents, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Butler YWCA, 120 W. Cunningham St.The program will portray a day in the life of a drug addict, including a visit to the Butler Prison and an emergency room overdose scene.The tour is open to children age 10 and older when accompanied by a parent or guardian.Registration forms are available at www.realitytour.org.
