Trace Waltemyer, 3, took second place in the Pedal Tractor Pull on Tuesday at the Butler Farm Show. Trace's success took place in the arena named for his late grandfather, Randy L. Kummer, a longtime Butler Farm Show director who died in 2018. Trace attended the Farm Show with his mom, Jessi (Kummer) Waltemyer.

Contestants made a poster depicting the “things they liked best about the farm show.” Monetary awards were provided by the Women's Club of Mars.

4th — Madalyn Davis of Butler

5th — Eliana Blasko of Portersville

The contest is designed to give young girls the opportunity to learn more about agriculture, where their food comes from and the importance of volunteerism at the farm show.
