BUTLER TWP — The Gaiser Addiction Center will host the seventh annual Walk for Recovery and picnic July 27 at Butler Memorial Park Rotary Shelter. Check-in time is 10 a.m. and the walk begins at 11 a.m.After the walk, a picnic with games and a Chinese auction will be held.From Route 8 turn west onto West Penn Street. Go five stop signs and turn right onto Miller Avenue. Enter the Rotary Shelter at the back of the park.

PITTSBURGH — A diabetes expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 23 at the David L.
