Patricia L. Bester

Patricia L. Bester, 68, of Butler passed away Monday at the Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice.

She was born Sept. 15, 1946, in Butler, the daughter of the late Marcella (Kline) McFadden.

Patricia had been a supervisor for Bobbie Brooks and did alterations at her home. She loved sewing, car cruises, riding motorcycles and being around friends and family.

Surviving are her husband of 30 years, Vaughn “Ron” Bester of Butler; two sons, Jason (Lori) Whipkey of North Jackson, Ohio, and Michael (Shelley) Whipkey of Butler; three grandchildren, Josie, Seth and Payton; and two sisters, Beatrice Weiland of Butler and Donna (Bill) Hilliard of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her mother and three brothers.

BESTER — A memorial service for Patricia L. Bester, who died Monday, June 8, 2015, will be at 4 p.m. Friday at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, with the Rev. Curt McDaniel officiating.
