Betty Jane Reno, 77, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, died Sunday evening at the Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice.

Born Oct. 1, 1939, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late William Joseph and Elizabeth Jane Ansill Campbell.

A homemaker, Betty Jane was a member and former deaconess at the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Jacqueline “Jackie” (Brian) Bieber of Prospect; three sons, John H. (Chris) Reno II of Valencia, Jay H. (Nancy) Reno of Valencia and Ralph J. Reno of Polk, Pa.; three brothers, Samuel Campbell in Idaho, Daryl Campbell in Virginia and Daniel Campbell of Saxonburg; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Reno, who she married March 20, 1960, and who died July 29, 2002; and one brother, William J. Campbell Jr.
