To add to it’s on-site outpatient services, Independence Health System has opened a new physical therapy location in Slippery Rock at 100 Innovation Drive, Suite 100.

Services include a lab, X-ray and MRI testing, among others.

Patients will work one-on-one with a therapist throughout their rehabilitation, receiving on-site assistance, guidance and instructions for additional at-home exercises.

The Slippery Rock location is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments at this location can be made by calling 724-794-7933.
