Butler County Community College’s main campus in Butler Township will be closed Wednesday, Aug. 9, following a power outage Tuesday.

The college is assessing possible damage related to an electrical outage caused by a late-afternoon power line incident along nearby Old Plank Road.

All other BC3 locations will be open Wednesday.

The Butler County Opioid Overdose Coalition’s summer conference, scheduled to continue Wednesday on BC3’s main campus, will be held at the Butler Intermediate High School’s Teachers Center. All other BC3 main campus events will be contacted for rescheduling.
