Joanna J. (Boyer) Brandt, 89, of West Sunbury passed away Saturday at Grove City Medical Center.

Joanna was born Aug. 25, 1929, in Pittsburgh. She was the daughter of the late Opie G. Boyer and the late Gazelle Fraley Boyer.

She was a homemaker and a member of the West Sunbury Presbyterian Church.

Joanna is survived by her children, Nancy and Richard; two sisters, Geraldine (Walter) Krizymowski of Los Angeles and Billie Lou Gordon of West Sunbury; and two brothers, Opie G. (Betty) Boyer Jr. of Huntington, Pa., and Paul D. (Kathy) Boyer of Greenville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Joanna was preceded in death by one sister, Eleanor.
