CHERRYTWP — The Dassa McKinney Elementary School will present its annual Spring Concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Moniteau High School auditorium, Route 308. The performance will feature beginner and advanced elementary bands directed by Rita Ferrere, and the fifth and sixth grade choruses directed by Harry Cunningham.An art show will be held in the auditorium lobby featuring student work, led by art teacher Heidi Wirtner.
Butler County Area Agency on Aging has extended the deadline to Wednesday for businesses to register for the Senior Health and Lifestyle Fair.The event to celebrate Older Americans Month will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 13 at the Days Inn Conference Center on Route 8.Those interested in participating may access registration forms at the agency's Web site, connected to the county's home page: co.butler.pa.us.
