PROSPECT — Lutherlyn Saturday safaris will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturdays beginning Feb. 21 at the Environmental Education Center at Camp Lutherlyn. Safaris are designed for families, and at least one adult should attend with children. The Press Club of Western Pennsylvania is taking applications for its third annual $5,000 scholarship awarded to aspiring journalists.The scholarship will be awarded in May in Pittsburgh at the annual Golden Quills Awards Dinner sponsored by The Press Club.Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college or university for at least two years, must demonstrate why they should receive the award and should maintain primary residence in one of the 29 Western Pennsylvania counties.The scholarship money will be credited to the winner's account at their university or college.
