Donna Lee Groves
Donna Lee Groves, 82, of Chicora passed away Wednesday at the home of her friend.
She was born Nov. 18, 1935, in Grove City and was the daughter of George K. and Violet Mae (Eisenhuth) Groves.
Donna graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in English literature.
For many years, she was a teacher and administrator for the School for the Deaf in Albuquerque, N.M., and served as the director of the preschool at the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf until her retirement.
In her free time, she enjoyed reading and watching sports.
She is survived by her dear friends and care givers, Ella and Paul Baker; and several cousins and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Groves.
