A Nov. 6 wedding is being planned by Lauren Hibbs and Kevin Karch, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Larry and Mollie Hibbs of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Ken Karch of Meridian and Andrea Karch of Butler.

The bride-elect graduated in 2000 from Butler High School and in 2003 from Butler County Community College, earning a degree in phlebotomy. She became a certified emergency medical technician in 1999. She works as a phlebotomist at Butler Memorial Hospital and is an EMT with the Butler Ambulance Service.

Her fiancé is a 1997 graduate of BHS. He works for Armstrong in Butler.
