An Oct. 23 wedding is being planned by Sarver residents Rachel Barnett and Joshua Trudgen.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of The Rev. Emery and Linda Barnett of Sarver. Parents of the Prospective bridegroom are Randal and Donna Trudgen of Kittanning.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Freeport High School and a 2002 graduate of Community College of Allegheny County. She works at Subbiah Cardiology and Associates in Butler.

Her fiancé is a 1999 graduate of Lenape Vocational Technical School. He is employed at Oberg Industries in Freeport.
