Geraldine E. Webb

Geraldine E. Webb, 88, of Butler passed away at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice surrounded by loved ones.

She was born Dec. 14, 1926, in Worth Township to the late Raymond Tebay and Anna Florence (Cross) Tebay.

Mrs. Webb was a homemaker and a member of the Muddy Creek Evangelical Presbyterian Church. She lived in Long Beach, Calif., for 30 years then moved back to Butler in 1985. She enjoyed crocheting and crafting and being with her family, especially with her grandchildren.

Geraldine is survived by one son, Donald J. Webb, and his wife, Debra, of Butler; her daughter, Dolores Mason and her husband, Roland, of Winston Salem, N.C.; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, DeWayne E. Tebay and his wife, Shirley, of Grove City; two sisters, Janet Thompson of Karns City and Ethel Curry of Zelienople; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rupert J. Webb, who she married March 18, 1945, and who passed away on Jan. 16, 2012; and by two brothers, Wilbert R. and William C. Tebay.

WEBB — Friends of Geraldine E. Webb, who passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Matthew Kail of the Muddy Creek Evangelical Presbyterian Church officiating.
