MARS — Mars Public Library will host its Reading is Out of This World Christmas Party at 11 a.m. Dec. 3., 107 Grand Ave., Mars.

There will be a train conductor to read “The Polar Express,” author Debbie Bartley to read her new Santa Claus book, a tree to decorate, visits from Clifford the Big Red Dog, Geronimo Stilton and Santa, sugar cookies and a free book.
