We wish to express our sincere thanks and deepest gratitude to all our relatives and friends for their kindness, prayers, flowers, cards, mass cards, memorial gifts, pall, paper products, and food sent to us at the time of my wife and our mother's passing.

We would like to thank Dr. Mark Carlsson, the Specialists, Nurses, Nurses Aids and Social Worker in both the Intensive Care Unit and on the Fifth Floor of Butler memorial Hospital.

Thanks to the wonderful staff at Concordia Nursing Home. Never could we have imagined the compassionate loving care she would receive there. Our thanks to the Kauch Hall Nursing Staff, Housekeeping, Dietary, Physical Therapy, and Social Worker, Dave Fox, who all helped make her last month of life comfortable.

We would also like to thank Young Funeral Home for helping us with all the arrangements during that difficult time. Our thanks to Father Jack Nanz and Sue Cadwallader who gave us the opportunity to celebrate her life. Thanks also to the women of the parish who prepared the funeral luncheon.
