Playground set up for Little Jeepers to enjoy

The Little Jeepers Playground is free with festival admission, and children can participate in a Show 'n Shine competition, crafts and games.

The Little Jeepers Playground is the place for young Jeep fans to have some children-style fun at the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival.

The playground is free with festival admission, and children can participate in their own Show ’n Shine competition, crafts and games.

Show ’n Shine gives children and their parents a chance to paint, decorate and modify a wooden toy Jeep. Prizes will be awarded to the winners in each age category.

At the end of the day, a special award will be given for the best show of each day.

Age categories are 3 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 12 years old.

The classes include most realistic Jeep, best modified Jeep, prettiest Jeep, ugliest Jeep and best birthday Jeep. Judging will be each day, two hours before the show closes.

Wooden toy Jeeps will be available to buy at the merchandise store at Coopers Lake Campground.

There will be additional activities, games and prizes throughout the weekend. The Little Jeepers Playground, which is sponsored by K-Love Radio, is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
