George D. Hanks
George D. Hanks of Cranberry Township passed away Sunday.
He was the beloved husband of 36 years to Terrie L. Thomas Hanks; the father of Geoffrey A. (Katie) Hanks, Mathew D. Hanks and Michael T. (Cassandra) Hanks; the son of the late Jacob and Dorothy; the brother of the late Robert W. Hanks; the son-in-law of Maxine Thomas; and the proud grandfather of Emma.
HANKS — Friends of George D. Hanks, who died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, where services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of longtime member George Hanks to the Cranberry Elks B.P.O.E. #2249, to be used toward state charities and the VA Butler Healthcare.
