Czlapinski

Edward D. Czlapinski, 64, of Clinton Township died Tuesday.

Born in Pittsburgh, June 8, 1947, he was the son of the late Edward J. and Anne (Olanick) Czlapinski.

Ed was a longtime foreman for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

He loved the outdoors and taking long rides with his dog and family.

He was the beloved husband of Peggy (Inks) Czlapinski; loving father of Chrissy L. Nething and her husband, Charles, of Evans City and Richard J. Czlapinski of Bellevue; brother of Judy Werth and her husband, Jim, of Lake Mary, Fla., and the late Robert Czlapinski; and proud grandfather of Chase and Cayla Nething, both of Evans City.

<B>CZLAPINSKI</B> — The family of Edward D. Czlapinski, who died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at <B>Schellhaas Funeral Home</B>, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Holy Sepulcher Catholic Church.
