ALLISON PARK — Rob McClellan of Butler Country Club has reached the semifinals of the 2010 Cleveland Golf/Srixon Match Play Championship at Wildwood Golf Club.

McClellan defeated Gordon Vietmeier of The Club at Nevillewood 4 & 3 in Wednesday's quarterfinals. He faces PGA pro Scott Davis of West Virginia today.

Local golfers John Aubrey of Aubrey's Dubbs Dred and Jimmy Brahm of Butler CC were defeated in third-round play earlier Wednesday. McClellan defeated Pete Micklewright of Edgewood Country Club 4 & 3 in the third round.

DES MOINES, Iowa (— Rumeal Robinson, who led Michigan to the NCAA championship in 1989, has been found guilty on 11 federal financial fraud charges.A jury returned its verdict against Robinson, finding him guilty of bank bribery, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud and making a false statement to a financial institution.Robinson, faces up to 30 years in prison.
