Tribe tops Bucs again

CLEVELAND — Josh Bell, Colin Moran and Phil Evans homered Monday night, but the Pittsburgh Pirates dropped an 11-7 slugfest to the Cleveland Indians on the road.

The game was the second exhibition contest between the teams in three nights. Cleveland took a 5-3 win Monday at PNC Park and the teams play each other again Wednesday night in Pittsburgh.

The Bucs’ Richard Rodriguez allowed two homers in one inning of work. Michael Feliz and Robbie Erlin allowed one long ball each.

Francisco Lindor, Bradley Zimmer, Jake Bauers and former Pirate Jordan Luplow homered for the Indians.
