Lynne M. Kobert

Lynne M. Kobert, 72, of Butler passed away Friday morning at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born on March 28, 1942, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Dale and Ellen Cook Martin.

Lynne had been a dog groomer for Canine and Kitty Cleaners in Mars for many years and enjoyed collecting baby dolls.

She was a member of the Wildwood Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and attended the Zelienople Kingdom Hall.

She loved her family and enjoyed traveling and spending time with them.

She was the beloved wife of Ralph M. Kobert, who she married on June 4, 1960; loving mother of Kendra Leonhard of Mars, Kimberly (James) LaCaze of Boyers, George Kobert of Tarentum, Eric (Julie) Kobert of Mars, and Michael Kobert of Butler; loving grandmother of Jessica (Brian) Sauers, Sara (Derek) Schlichtkrull, Adam (Brooke) Kobert, Aaron (Leah) Kobert, and Amelia Kobert; great-grandmother of Norah, Mabel, Mason, Keeton, and Vanessa, and sister of Junie (John) Tagliavia of Henderson, Nev., and Dale (Bobbi) Martin in California.

She was preceded in death by her two sons, Brian and Mark Kobert.

Kobert— The friends of Lynne M. Kobert, who passed away Friday, Sept. 26, 2014, are invited to services at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Zelienople Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 250 Evans Road, Zelienople.Arrangements are under the direction of the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, and condolences are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.
