An Oct. 17 wedding is being planned by Vicki Jupp of Youngstown, Ohio, and Michael Glenn of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William Jupp of Kenosha, Wis., and Cathy Jupp of Youngstown, Ohio. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Harry and Colina Glenn of Butler.

The bride-elect graduated in 1994 from Boardman High School and in 1998 from Youngstown State University.

Her fiancé graduated in 1993 from Butler High School. He works for Armstrong Cable Services in Butler.
