Betty White

Betty Jane White, 82, of Zelienople passed away Saturday while under the care of Cranberry Place.

Born on Jan. 9, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Orrie and Alice (Greenwalt) Myers.

Dorothy was a past member of the St. Peter's Reformed Church in Zelienople. She was an avid fan of Engelbert Humperdink and followed his career in music for 30 years. Dorothy formerly worked in the cafeteria at the Connoquenessing Valley Elementary School, as well as Weyerhaeuser in Harmony where she retired in 1996. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters.

She is survived by her son, Bradley S. White and his wife, Sandy, of West Middlesex, and her two granddaughters, Kristen and Kourtney White.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles William “Bill” White, and her brother, Eugene “Jake” White.

WHITE — Visitation and funeral services for Betty Jane White, who died Saturday, June 22, 2013, will be private. She will be laid to rest at the St. Peter's Reformed Church Cemetery in Zelienople.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 219 E.
