SCHOOL PATROL — Wendy Bilowich was one of 150 school patrol members who graduated during ceremonies at the Emily Brittain School in September 1968. She receives her credentials from Anthony Johns, vice president of the Automobile Club of Butler County, which co-sponsored the training with the Butler Police Department. Sgt. Harold Goettler represented the police.
