Alice M. Durci

Alice M. Durci, 86, of Sarver passed away Monday at Platinum Ridge in Brackenridge.

Born April 13, 1930, in Sarver, she was the daughter of Glenn L. Kelley and Laura C. Hartzell Kelley.

Alice had worked at Saxonburg Agway and at home on their farm. She was a member of the Jefferson Center Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed her dogs and crocheting.

Surviving are her daughters, Carol A. Bowser of Sarver and Constance A. Durci of McDonald, Pa.; her son, Glenn W. (Melanie) Burd; four sisters, Dorothy Wright of Cabot, Kate Faust of Sarver, Esther Kelley of Dade City, Fla., and Janet (Ron) Leary of Valencia; five grandchildren, Ryan (Amber) Bowser, Lindsay Bowser, George (Tracy) Burd Jr., Ashley Burd and Andrew (Andrea) Burd; and a number of great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clement Durci, who died Nov. 24, 2011; and her son, George R. Burd Sr.

DURCI — Friends of Alice M. Durci, who died Monday, Sept. 12, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg.Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday with the Rev.
