The free Family Summer Concert Series, hosted by the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department, begins at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Odd Fellow Gazebo at Alameda Park, Butler Township. Murphy’s Big Band performs Tuesday.
The Musicians’ Concert Band, led by conductor Jeff Kroner, has four concerts this summer at the Butler Intermediate High School. Dates are tonight and July 2, 9 and 16 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $5. Visit musiciansconcertband.com.
Blues for Cornhole, a fundraising tournament featuring Renegade Roosters and other bands, begins at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the James A. Ayres Amphitheater in Zelienople Community Park, as part of the Ayres Foundation Concert Series this summer. The concert is free, but there is a fee to participate in the tournament. Guests should take a lawn chair.
A Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show featuring Tom Watt is planned for Saturday at Tanglewood Center, 10 Austin Ave., Lyndora. Doors open at 5 p.m., dinner will be served at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $30 and are available in advance only. Call 724-287-0021.
Liveat Lunch, the free summer concert series at the Butler County Symphony office, 259 S. Main St., at noon Wednesday will feature TMG Jazz Tet. Concerts continue through Aug. 26.
Free concerts will be presented by Harmony Borough Parks on the square in Harmony this summer. The Allegheny Brass Band will perform at 8 p.m. July 2, followed by fireworks. Take a chair or blanket.
