Richard Weber

Richard E. Weber Sr., 74, of Fenelton passed away Friday at the Meadville Medical Center in Meadville, Pa.

Born Aug. 1, 1940, in Butler, he was a son of the late John E. and Margaret Geibel Weber.

He was self-employed as a small engine repairman. Before that, he had worked for Voelker Paving for eight years and for Lingenfelter doing commercial roofing and paving for nine years prior.

He was a member of the St. Mary the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman. He enjoyed bowling, motor cross, drag racing and golf.

Surviving are his son, Richard E. Weber Jr. of Fenelton; his granddaughter, Whitney Weber of Fenelton; his brother, Charles (Patricia) Weber of Butler; numerous nieces and nephews; and great- nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Colista (Shuler) Weber, who passed away Nov. 16, 2013, and an infant daughter.

WEBER — Family and friends of Richard E. Weber Sr., who died Friday, May 15, 2015, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.A memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Ward Stakem to officiate.
