General Motors District Manager Janet James presents a GM Mark of Excellence Award to Dennis Baglier, owner of Baglier Buick GMC. James presented the award Thursday to the dealership in Butler Township, citing Bagler for excellence in two categories: sales performance and customer satisfaction. To qualify for the sales award, Baglier said, the dealership ranked fifth statewide in sales for its market. He said the dealership also has to exceed customer satisfaction standards. This is the 10th time the dealership has gotten the award.
