Holly M. Soltesz, 53, of Zelienople passed away Sunday at UPMC Passavant Hospital.

Born July 5, 1962, in Butler, she was the daughter of Beatrice Stevenson and the late Donald “Blackie” Connors.

Holly was a 1981 graduate of Slippery Rock High School. She was employed in the small packaging department at Lab Chem.

Holly was a former member of the Harmony Moose, the Zelienople Hungarian Club and the Saxon Club of Ellwood City. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 29 years, Thomas Soltesz; her son, Anthony Michael Soltesz, currently serving in the U.S. Air Force in Rapid City, S.D.; her mother, Beatrice, and her stepfather, Charles Burns, of Portersville; her sisters, Linda (Dana) Desmond of Butler, Robin (Charlie) Turner of Butler, Dolly Thoma of Butler, Polly (Don) Mansfield of Portersville, Donna Connors of Butler and JoAnne (Guy) Barto of Portersville; her sister-in-law, Kathy (John) Wehr of Butler; her brother-in-law, Andrew J. “Scooter” Soltesz of Zelienople; 20 nieces, 20 nephews and 30 great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Fran and Andy Soltesz; and one nephew.

SOLTESZ — The family of Holly M. Soltesz, who died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E.
