PITTSBURGH — Three Butler County actors will appear in the Pittsburgh Musical Theater production of the Broadway musical “Sister Act.”

Jessica Ortiz of Penn Township portrays a nun, Brady Patsy of East Brady plays Curtis, and Nicole Uram of Butler has the role of Sister Mary Robert.

The show will go on today through March 26 at the Byham Theater, 101 Sixth St., with a special appearance by Bishop David Zubik of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh on opening night tonight.

“Sister Act” is the musical comedy based on the 1992 film.

The musical was nominated for five Tony Awards including Best Musical.
