Johnston

Cindy L. Johnston, 66, of Butler, passed away on Thursday afternoon, April 6, 2023, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Pittsburgh on Jan. 8, 1957, and was a daughter of the late Frank Hutchison and Lois (Lindquist) Hutchison.

She enjoyed bingo, playing cards, watching NASCAR and the Green Bay Packers, and was an avid Elvis fan.

She is survived by her daughter, Melinda (Jake) Bauer; her companion for many years, John McEvoy; four siblings, Christine Burns, Sheila Harvey Meta, Kelly Demko and Eddie Poplowski; and one grandchild, Danika Fulmer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Johnston, who passed away July 4, 2003; her son, Dan Seitz; one brother, Frank; and two sisters, Donna and Gail.

JOHNSTON — Private burial of Cindy L. Johnston, who died Thursday, April 6, 2023, was held at Butler County Memorial Park.

Arrangements were handled by GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
