Azariah Thomas Paul Grafton of Chicora died Monday at ACMH Hospital.

He was the infant son of Kelly L. Grafton and Jenniffer R. (Reed) Grafton of Chicora, and was born Aug. 6, 2012.

The parents of Azariah are members of the Center Hill Church of the Brethren.

Surviving are his parents; grandparents, Paul (Karen) Grafton of Worthington; grandmother, Denise M. Reed of Butler; grandfather, Ron (Debbie) Lamson of Auburn, Wash.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

GRAFTON — Friends of Azariah Thomas Paul Grafton, who died Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Center Hill Church of the Brethren. The Rev. Dr. Wes Berkebile will officiate.Arrangements are being handled by F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Worthington.
