Rep. Bonner to hold senior citizen breakfast
State Rep. Tim Bonner, R-17th, will hold a Senior Citizen Breakfast in Petrolia.
According to a Thursday news release from Bonner’s office, all seniors are invited to attend the event, which will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on April 14 at the Petrolia Volunteer Fire Department, 200 Argyle St.
Those interested in attending can RSVP by Friday at 724-458-4911.
The release said Bonner is interested in hearing about issues that impact seniors and discussing how to make seniors’ lives easier.
Attendees will hear Bonner give a presentation on issues at the state government level that impact seniors, as well as information on several programs and services available to the state’s senior population.
Bonner said Pennsylvania has one of the largest senior populations in the U.S. “because of the generous benefits the state provides and the first-rate care.”
