Fairground Hill Road is closed this morning because of a vehicle crash on Hansen Avenue.

City police were called to the crash, along with an ambulance, just minutes before 8 a.m. There was no word how many vehicles were involved, but three tow trucks were called.

Fairground Hill Road, which provides a major entrance to the Butler senior and intermediate high schools as well as Butler County Vocational-Technical School, is closed while the accident is cleared.

A school official reported there were no problems with student buses getting to school.
